Hello and welcome to my blog!
Today I want to share a card I dreamed about for few days. Because of mom’s busy schedule and returning back to school’s routine, I simply didn’t have time even go to my craft room lately. But all that dreaming overwhelmed me and this morning I just left everything as it is and enjoy crafting. Here is my shaker card. It is my second shaker card, first you can find here. I was inspired by video from Kristina. Frankly, I watched almost all Kristina’s tutorials with my kids, they really like doing card not by-mom-teaching, but someone else :).
The base of this card is Bo Bunny design paper, I’ve got with SSS January Card Kit. I thought, this paper is too beautiful to be cut in pieces and decided to add just frame and a little bit snow.
I stamped some white Christmas tree inside the frame to make wintry scene. For the poinsettias I covered white card stock with Ranger Perfect Pearls and after drying cut the flowers using SSS Poinsettia Parade die. To finish my card I stamped some trees and snowflakes inside the card.
I haven’t used sentiment stamps from the kit, even though I was going. When card was almost finished I decided to go with something small and long. I like the look of the sentiment on frame.
I want to enter this card into following challenges:
Merry Monday Snowflakes Challenge
Simon Says Stamp Something New challenge – January Card Kit
Naughty or Nice Use something new – January Card Kit
Thank you for visiting!
Have a great day!
