ATCAS Petals

ATCAS PetalsHello!
It’s time for the brand new CAS challenge over Addicted to CAS blog. The code word to play with this term is PETALS.  I am hosting this challenge and couldn’t choose another word for this beautiful day. Ontario kind of skips spring. We often have cold winter and after something strange, not a spring,  not a winter, summer arrives in May. I really miss warm blooming February, we used to have in British Columbia. February?!!! Yes, blooming February. Let’s fix it with blooming cards!
ATCAS - code word petalsOur sponsor today is QKR Stampede with a prize of 3 digital images.
Our guest designer for this challenge is the amazing CAS artist Julie Beech!
I chose gold flowery branch and white heart as a focal point for my card. I die-cut elements with my Big Shot and place them in right corner of the card. Flower in red was a colorful addition to almost white  card. The sentiment I stamped with Versa Fine black ink and embossed with SSS clear powder.
Challenges:
Colour Q – palette
Freshly Made – sketch

What a gorgeous card, Valentyna! Those gold elements almost look as it they had been done with gold embossing paste, they are so perfectly at home on your card base! So pretty!

Gorgeous challenge choice Valentyna and an equally stunning example of elegant, CAS, petals and blooms in a striking colour combo. Brilliant design too. Not sure if it’s me but your link from ATCAS wasn’t working. Hugs Sarah x
