Retro Car

img_7558Hello!
Monday is here and the challenge over BBTB2 is on air. This week Emilly’s theme is RETRO (50’s, 60’s or 70’s).
Frankly speaking, I am from those who love the modern and simple look. You can easily tell it, looking on my cards. Same in life. Neutral colors, graphic minimalism and minimum details. That’s why this theme was quite a challenge for me. I was searching for image and idea through Cricut Design Space many days until I bumped into this cute car from Stencil cartridge. 50’s?…
I cut the image in two different colors, adhered together and added some doodling around the edges to make it looks more vintage. For the background, I stenciled some part of the card base, stamped sentiment and hearts, and finished everything with placing the car onto 3D foam tape for dimension.

Love your fun retro car Valentyna including the stitched window detail. I like the way you stamped the panel behind too. Thanks for joining my challenge over at The Paper Players this week!
