Hello friends,
Today I am sharing colorful crayons card featuring Studio Katia Teacher’s Apple stamp set. Just got my Zig Clear pens on weekend 🙂 and was in desperate need to try them. Looks like bold crayon image from Teacher’s Apple set was the exactly one I wanted.
I stamped few crayons onto Ranger watercolor paper with Versafine onyx ink and colored them with Zigs. Have to agree, coloring with Zigs are the easiest water coloring I have ever tried. Â If you take a closer look, you’ll see, I used two different techniques, with water on dry paper and without water on dry paper. There is a very good tutorial on Jennifer’s blog.
To finish off my card, I adhered crayons to the white card base with 3D foam tape, stamped a sentiment from the same stamp set, added twine and my card is ready.
Challenges:
Tic-Tac-Toe # 21 – CAS, twine, new technique
Addicted to Stamps – CAS
