Valentine’s Box

Hello friends,
That’s Monday again and a brand new challenge over BBTB2 is in the air. Maureen is hosting this challenge and we have Valentines and/or Love – Anything Goes theme.
I have a tiny gift box to share today. It’s clean and simple as everything I do 🙂 but it took me quite a time to make it. Firstly, designing. For the box, I chose two cuts. Gift box from the Tie the Knot cartridge
I sized it to 11 1/2″ by 11 1/2″ and cut it from white cardstock.
Second image is heart from Valentine’s Day cartridge. I use it to cut a heart tag
and part of this image, drawing pattern, I use to add to my box
With some magic 🙂 , I duplicated and placed the drawing onto box cut, attached and cut.
For the drawing, I used Slick Writer red fine point pen
That was it. No gluing. No messing with gathering it together.
At the end, I just added a tag with a sentiment from Studio Katia on it.
Hope you find time to join us at BBTB2 for this Valentine challenge.

This post goes right over my head, Valentyna … but it does remind me of my wonderful little beaded heart … I must get that out for Valentine’s Day!
Really, you are so very creative … thanks for sharing your exceptional skills with the world!

It’s so fun to play with altering cuts on the Cricut, and I do love it when it magically works out. Lovely little box.

What a wonderful little box and tag set. Great tutorial on adding the pen accent to the box and tag. I love the red accents. You are just amazing!!
