Hello friend,
I am over the Studio Katia blog today with a Mandala Flower card in pastel colors. I absolutely in love with this beautiful flower. It’s not that big, it’s just a right medium size. You can you use it many different ways. Coloring, embossing, making the background, using as a focal point. You choose! This time I decided to concentrate on the colors. I chose yellow/peach shadows, frames with light gray. I embossed Mandala flower with Hero Arts white embossing powder in the corner of Neenah solar white piece of paper. Next, using Hero Arts Soft Apricot, Fresh Peach, and Pale Tomato, I shadowed embossed part of the card. For the base used Simon’s Fog Gray card stock.
For the sentiment, I went with Studio Katia Dotted Frame banner in Fog gray and stamped “awesome” from the Studio Katia Sweet Heart Candy stamp set in Tuxedo Black ink. The main part of the sentiment – HB2U from Lion Birthday, yes, you hear right, I used the elements of this stamp set a hundred times :). This is such a versatile stamp set! I stamped the sentiment onto the heart, made with Stitched Notebook set. And lastly, two Round Drops to finish the look.
You are always welcome to check the Studio Katia products out in the shop.
