I know that this spring is not that warm to have a scoop of ice cream 🙁 For me the sweet treat is ice cream and why not? I made a card using yummy Newton’s Nook Summer Scoops stamp set. Actually, I made this card for my daughter. She cannot eat dairy ice cream, that’s why I chose/colored Coconut strawberry scoop and Cashew Caramel with chocolate chip :).  I cut a frame in her favorite color – turquoise and left a lot of white space just because.

Your ice cream sundae is just the yummiest! And in my house, ANY day is an ice cream day, no matter the season or temperature….or time of day, for that matter! I have seen my sister eat mint chocolate chip ice cream for breakfast…..seriously. Of course, she was only eight at the time and my mother wasn’t up yet, but I wish I had beat her to it, LOL! Anyway, I am sure your daughter will love her non-dairy ice cream card!
