Watercolored Wild Roses

Wild Roses Birthday Card

Hello friends,

Today I have very delicate and soft watercolored Wild Roses card to share with you. This card was inspired by Global Design Project current challenge and Steffi Helmschrott’s card. I cased the card layout and idea of flower arrangement, even an unusual size, but changed the colors and used quite big flowers.

I embossed Pretty Pink Posh flowers on to the piece of Ranger watercolor paper and colored the images with Zigs. For the base panel, I chose SSS Wooden cardstock and added a piece of coral patterned paper Really Rainbow by Lawn Fawn to the card base.

This is so pretty Valentyna! Your flowers and leaves are so beautifully coloured and I love how you’ve layered them over the wood grain paper and the contrast of the coloured base frame. Thanks for sharing with us at Just Add Ink this week.
